Broadgate is partnered with a leading firm who provide professional services to a variety of clientele. They are looking for an Administrator to join their inclusive and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide ongoing administrative support for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality service and effective client relationships.
* Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations to build lasting relationships.
* Handle daily administrative tasks including accurate processing, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines for transactions and internal procedures.
* Prepare and file statutory documents with Companies House (e.g. incorporations, officer changes, share allotments, confirmation statements, strike offs).
* Coordinate with clients and third parties (accountants, tax agents, lawyers) to meet legal and transactional deadlines.
* Maintain up-to-date statutory records and registers for client entities.
* Draft documents such as powers of attorney, share certificates, stock transfers, drawdown notices, and meeting minutes.
* Organise and attend directors' and members' meetings/AGMs as required.
* Support client onboarding and conduct KYC checks.
* Process client invoices and payments using various banking platforms.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong academic background or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CGI or ICSA).
* Experience in UK company secretarial work, ideally with a corporate services provider.
* Familiarity with (or ability to research) the UK Companies Act.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
