Our client is looking for an Operational Standard Administrator with previous experience in the field. The Role: Under the guidance of the Station Manager (Staffing and Training), to undertake the support and delivery of duties within the function, while upholding excellent service. The main element of this role is t o promote the Service Vision, Creating the Safest Community and to work with department managers to provide the best possible services to our community and key stake holders. You will be a key part of this organisations success and be relied upon for your duties and guidance. Specialist Duties for this role: To maintain positive and effective liaison links with organisations and partners as appropriate, and develop these links overtime. To represent the function at internal and external meetings and events and record key points, actions, and decisions when required. To work effectively and efficiently to support line management in the delivery of the departments aims and objectives, while also supporting preparation of a variety of quality information for inclusion in management and departmental reports. Standard Responsibilities / Requirements: To carry out the general recording and monitoring of details associated with ( list not exhaustive ): Maintenance of disposition records & Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Transfer requests & Overtime Records M anage data and information and produce reports as required Personal accidents & Training Courses Monitoring budgets & Proficient IT skills Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm) Must be able to work to a flexible working scheme, which may include some weekends/evenings.
