The role of the Operations Administrator will entail:
Assisting in the full order process including purchase orders
Manual data entry and processing
Dealing with queries via telephone and email
Administrating customer orders from website
Communicating with suppliers re shortages or delayed deliveries
Answering the telephone confidently
First point of call for visitors on-site
Completing customer data forms
General office administration duties
The ideal Operations Administrator will:
Experience with data processing and data entry
Must have solid knowledge in Excel and accounting packages
Be able to work under pressure and manage own workload
Be highly organized and have a great level of attention to detail
Have excellent problem solving skills
Be able to confidently follow processes
