Position: Account Manager - Commercial Projects

Overview

You will work closely with M&E Consultants and Contractors on project design, providing innovative lighting solutions. Responsibilities
1. Identify and secure project specifications with M&E Consultants and manage lighting projects' design, delivery, and installation.
2. Sell a range of lighting products and controls, including stand-alone and integrated BMS systems.
3. Interpret technical plans and drawings, communicating effectively with design and project engineers.
4. Secure and manage projects within the Commercial and Public sectors, building strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
5. Demonstrate understanding of CPD presentations, tendering, and project management.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years in field sales within lighting, controls, or electrical products.
* Experience with M&E contractors or consultants, either selling to or working for them.
