Aftercare/Parts Executive
We are a prestige car dealership based in Hindley, Wigan, selling 180+ cars per month.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who is highly organised. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Role Responsibilities:
* Handling customer calls regarding post-purchase vehicle issues.
* Ensuring exceptional customer care and maintaining high service standards.
* Managing difficult situations professionally and thinking on your feet.
* Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong listening skills.
* Ordering parts required for all our vehicles
* Admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in customer service or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
* A calm and professional approach when handling customer concerns.
* A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
* previous experience in the Motor Trade would be an advantage
