Part-Time, Field Care Supervisor - South Leeds
Location: South Leeds (Commutable from Beeston, Morley, Holbeck, Hunslet, Middleton, and Rothwell)
Salary: £17,000 per annum (Actual Salary) / £13.08 per hour
Position: Part-Time (25 Hours per week, 5 Hours per day)
On-Call: Twice Per Month (Sunday - Monday) - Earn £170 - £290 per week
Additional Hours: Extra Care Hours available to supplement income
Schedule: Alternative Weekends

We are recruiting a Field Care Supervisor for a well-established, family-run Homecare Provider in South Leeds.
About the Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. You will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Supervision of Care Staff: Oversee and support a team of care assistants, ensuring they provide excellent care services.
2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high care standards.
3. Client Assessments: Carry out initial and ongoing assessments of clients to tailor care plans to individual needs.
4. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
5. Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff members.
6. On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call support twice per month, ensuring continuity of care during emergencies or staff absences.
7. Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, families, care staff, and external stakeholders.
