What you will do: * Plan and organise your workload on a day-to-day basis. * Collaborate with GPs, fellow nurses, and the client's healthcare team, referring to a GP when needed. * Provide treatment for client employees with minor injuries and illnesses, including appropriate referrals. * Manage your own clinical case load with presenting patients' needs in a primary care setting. * Develop care plans and manage specific conditions following professional protocols and guidelines, such as those for travel health and family planning. * Participate in primary care audits and contribute to staff training and development. * Support IPC compliance across the corporate client sites. * Play an active role in the Infection Control team, supporting patients and colleagues in maintaining sound infection control measures.
