We're recruiting for an Apprentice Digital Application Support Administrator to support our day-to-day operations at GTG.

Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)

About The Role
Working within the funding team at GTG, you will become an expert in the use of various systems we use to carry out the day-to-day operations within GTG, while providing wider support to the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital systems and is ready to kick-start their career and earn while they learn.
Day-to-day operations
Assist with the maintenance of the GTG SharePoint site.
Support the use of the digital systems available within GTG.
Develop support guides for the systems that we use.
Assist with the administration of our SDS funding contract.
Assist with registrations and certification with awarding bodies.
Essential Skills And Experience
A high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to work under own initiative.
Nice To Have But Not Essential
Familiar with the use of Office 365.
