Salary: £28,000 - £39,520

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Welcome to ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex! We specialize in providing education for 7-18-year-olds facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), as well as communication and learning needs.

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who has a passion for working with vulnerable children across Key Stages 3 and 4. If you’re ready to guide our students in Science, Maths, and beyond, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
* Implement our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens
* Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven teaching experience
* Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly with SEMH and ASC
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A reflective practitioner who is open to growth
* Understanding of therapeutic approaches to education
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
