About the job Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Looking for a talented RGN or RMN Staff Nurse with a caring and empathetic approach to join our UK nursing home team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well‑being.
Key Responsibilities3>
* Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
* Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident.
* Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to provide the best possible care to residents.
* Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care.
* Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
* Manage any emergencies or situations that may arise during your shift.
Qualifications
* NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
* Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working in a nursing home or similar environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* A kind and caring attitude towards residents and their needs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing situations and needs.
