Location: The Lights, Andover
Salary: Grade 9, £44,926 to £49,183 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a strategic, creative, and inclusive marketing professional with a passion for the arts and a strong commercial awareness? Join us at The Lights, a vibrant destination venue in Andover. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications strategy, grow diverse audiences and deliver exceptional experiences for our audiences and communities.
As a senior member of The Lights team, you’ll lead on developing and delivering innovative, inclusive marketing campaigns that reflect our values and vision. You’ll champion audience development, manage our marketing budget, support income generation, and act as second‑in‑command to the Venue Manager. You’ll also play a vital role in our regeneration journey, delivering key marketing strategies and collaborating with others on the transition to a new venue space.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and deliver innovative, inclusive marketing campaigns reflecting the venue’s values and vision.
 * Champion audience development and audience growth strategies.
 * Manage the marketing budget and support income generation initiatives.
 * Act as second‑in‑command to the Venue Manager in all marketing matters.
 * Collaborate on regenerative marketing strategies for the transition to a new venue space.
Qualifications
 * Strong commercially‑oriented experience at a senior level, preferably within the arts or a related environment.
 * Excellent digital marketing skills and line‑management experience.
 * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Enthusiasm for the arts and a passion for inclusive audience development.
