What will you do?
* Run your own Trusts caseload
* Advise existing trustee's, beneficiaries and those setting up Trusts
* Administration of Trusts
* Creation & termination of Trusts
* Provide tax advice to Trustees, prepare the relevant tax returns & annual accounts
* Advise and assist with regulatory matters including registration with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service
What do you need?
* Ideally to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trusts Advisor
* You do not need to be qualified to fulfill this role
* At least 1 years’ experience within trusts - or at least a private client background and interest in trusts work
