Our client in Kelso are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support their busy office staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Booking appointments and maintaining appointments diary. Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoicing processes. Liaising with the team to ensure timely completion of all tasks. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative and office reception role. Strong IT skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. 'Can do' attitude and exceptional customer support. This is a full-time, Mon to Fri, office-based role on a temporary basis. £13.50 ph PAYE (accruing holiday pay separately) // £15.13ph PAYE Adv (including holiday pay) THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE START To apply, email your CV to borders@driverhire.co.uk
