Responsibilities
:
1. Plan and lead analysis to identify where solutions are required for projects, product initiatives and workstreams
2. Finding and owning Solutions, able to identify best in class solutions to technically challenging issues
3. Investigation of the business area and processes to gain wide understanding of the scope of functionality being delivered
4. Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end processes
5. Responsible for outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to key stakeholders
6. Understanding Issues, questions and probes to uncover underlying issues
7. Status Reporting, both written and verbal, to senior stakeholders including progress, risk and issues
8. Ensurepliance with all regulations and legislation, such as FCA, DPA, TCF
9. Management of multiple projects, product workstreams and junior team members
What you bring:
10. Experience of defining business requirements and presenting back to leadership
11. Planning and monitoring experience
12. Proven Cost benefit analysis and Process modelling experience
13. Excellentmunication skills and stakeholder engagement
14. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
15. Status Reporting including risk and issues
16. Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end processes
