THE ROLE
Joining a well-established global legal team, you will have direct responsibility for key areas of the business. This in-house legal counsel role involves diverse responsibilities including commercial contracts, framework agreements, corporate operations, compliance, and litigation matters. Your remit will cover several European subsidiaries, providing legal support to sales teams and managing corporate legal matters. You will also oversee external counsel for litigation cases. The role offers exposure to senior management and involves critical business decisions.
ABOUT YOU
We seek a commercially skilled lawyer with 3-5 years of PQE, experienced in handling large-scale international commercial contracts. Prior in-house experience, via secondment or permanent position, is preferred. Knowledge of intellectual property and R&D matters is a plus. Language skills are advantageous but not essential. Cultural sensitivity to work across different European business environments is required.
