Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to schedule services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks
* Arrange service plans and oversee various product campaigns
* Proactively reach out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs
* Collaborate within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences
