Care on Call and Florence provide homebased cares and supports to a variety of people for a variety of reasons throughout NZ and we are wanting to add someone to our finance team with a focus on Flexible Supports administration. The person is responsible for our IF payroll and claim re-imbursements, resolution of discrepancies and administration. This includes: · payroll · claim management · reconciliations · billing · creating Xero batches Our ideal person would be/have: · empathetic · a good communicator · excellent Excel experience · the ability to relate to all people · great customer service · some payroll experience · attention to detail Important things that relate to this role for you: · 30 hours per week – 5 days per week · Christchurch based This role needs a fast thinker, a smart person with agility around software packages and systems, and able to juggle several tasks while working to deadlines.
