Complaints Assistant

£26,750 + Pension + Parking
A Complaints Assistant with really good people skills and an excellent telephone manner is required for this successful, growing local organisation who firmly believe in providing an excellent service to their customers.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and emails
- Handling complaints received from customers from instigation stage to completion
- Ensuring all customer complaints are researched and resolved to complete customer satisfaction
- Escalating issues to line Managers which may result in the issue of refunds to customers
- Communicating the outcome of all complaints managed to all parties involved both verbally and in writing
- Logging all complaints on computerised systems and regularly updating details whenever necessary
