We're looking for a driven recruiter who thrives on a fast-paced temp desk. You don't need education experience — if you've smashed temp recruitment in ANY sector and want to step up into a future leadership role, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll run a full 360 temp desk within the education sector — but don't worry if you're new to education; if you've ever thrived on a fast-paced temp desk (industrial, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, construction… anything), you'll be right at home.
Your role will include:
Building relationships with schools, education professionals, and/or healthcare clients
Growing your desk using smart, modern, creative marketing tools
Winning new business and nurturing existing accounts
Driving candidate attraction and retention
Ensuring compliance and safeguarding best practices
Working closely with our growing sales team and adding your unique strengths to the mix
Being part of a high-performing, ambitious environment where progression is encouraged
