The Role
Wehaveanexcitingopportunityfora Sales Manager to join the David Smith St Ives (DSSI) team .Youwill be responsible for the growth and maintenance of sales across our product portfolio, as wellofferingsupporttothedepartmental teams.
Wearelookingforanindividualwithnaturalabilitytobuildarapportandcommunicatewithcustomers,
providingthemwithtechnicalknowledgeandexperiencetodrive opportunities across our market sectors.
Role / Responsibility
Yourresponsibilitieswillincludebutnotbelimitedto:
* Liaisewithcustomersbothinpersonandoverthephonetoforgestrongrelationships,deliveringhighlevelsof customer service.
* Organisesiteandcustomervisitstogenerateenquiries,obtaininformationandsupportourcustomers.
* Interpretcustomerrequirements and liaise with our internal departments to provideefficientandprofessionalestimateswhilstensuringcosteffectivenessin line with KPIs.
* Proactively chase sales leads and opportunities inline with agreed sales ledger and KPIs, whilst also supporting the internal estimating teams to do the same.

* Confidentwritten,verbalandinterpersonalcommunicationskillsrequiredtoliaisewithcolleaguesandcustomers.
* Goodaccountmanagementskillswithbothexistingcustomersanddevelopmentofnewopportunities.
* Fullandcleandrivinglicenseandwillingtotravel.
* Abletoworkaspartofateaminanopenofficeenvironmentbutalsobeself-motivatedtomeetdeadlines.
* Passionateaboutexceedingcustomerexpectationsandprovidingexcellentcustomerservice.
* GoodunderstandingofI.T(useofMicrosoftOffice365suite).
