As the Head of Customer Experience at our Clients Company, you will be the driving force behind shaping the way our customers engage with us, ensuring their journey is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their unique needs. Captivating Highlights: Permanent role with a competitive salary relevant to experience up to £40,000 p.a. Opportunity to lead a talented team and make a tangible impact on our customer-centric culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities: Proven track record of driving customer experience strategies and initiatives that have delivered measurable results Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and using customer insights to inform decision-making. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. Passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey. Preferred Requirements: Degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or customer experience management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer experience leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Certifications or training in customer experience management, service design, or related disciplines would be an advantage.
