The role
Crane Worldwide Logistics is an innovative logistics and aviation solutions provider working at the intersection of air cargo management, supply chain optimization, and airport logistics. We're partnering with leading carriers, handling agents, and airports to modernize and digitize aviation logistics.
We are seeking a proactive and analytical intern to join our supply chain team. You will support a strategic project aimed at improving inventory flow, shipment tracking, and last-mile logistics in aviation cargo handling. Are you a motivated and proactive graduate ready to join the Regional Airfreight team for a 6-month project. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the freight industry. The Graduate Project Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of a key project, contributing to its success while developing professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis on aviation logistics operations (e.g., turnaround times, delays, cargo flow).Map and optimize a segment of our current supply chain process.Assist in the implementation of a digital tracking system (e.g., RFID, real-time dashboards).Benchmark our aviation logistics model against industry best practices.Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives, including market research, data analysis, process mapping, working with key suppliers and customers on solution design.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project deliverables, such as reports, presentations, or prototypes.Participate in team meetings, providing updates on progress and raising potential issues or solutions.Support the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and final project outputs.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, or input as needed.Contribute innovative ideas to improve project processes or outcomes.Adhere to company policies, project timelines, and quality standards.What we're looking for:
Enrolled in a BSc/MSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field.Strong Excel, Power BI, or basic data visualization skills.A problem-solving mindset and interest in aviation or transport tech.Fluent in English.Who Should Apply:
