This is a UK office-based position based in Knutsford. You must be willing to commute to the office every day. Hybrid after 1 month probation.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Full Stack Developer based at our Knutsford, Cheshire office. As Custodia Technology experiences rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Developer who will play a pivotal role in the success of the company. This role involves driving innovation, exploring new technologies, and working on enterprise-grade software systems with cutting-edge technologies. This position is ideal for someone looking to work in an agile environment that offers variety and the ability to make a genuine impact on the business.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot Framework, and MongoDB.
* Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Core Competency Requirements
* Experience with cloud-hosted architectures and microservices.
* Exposure to different systems integration technologies for example RESTful APIs, Message Queuing, Web Hooks, etc.
* Experience with Unit/Integration Testing.
* Experience with telecommunications or finance-related industries is a plus.
* Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
