Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Controller, located in Caldicot. The Operations Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing financial records, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional duties may include developing strategies to optimize operational processes, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to support company objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
* Finance and Accounting skills to manage financial records and budgets
* Operations Management experience to oversee daily operations and improve efficiency
* Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with various departments
* Experience in the access platform industry is a plus
* Ability to work on-site in Caldicot
