Salary: £36,363 – £45,024 | Full-time / Permanent

Your day-to-day:
* Assess employees’ fitness for work & provide expert OH advice
* Manage sickness absence referrals and complex health cases
* Deliver health screening, surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
* Support OH policy development and continuous improvement
* Deputise for the Senior OH Advisor when required
What we need from you:
* RN with OH qualification (or willingness to study)
* Experience in occupational health & case management
* Strong communication & report writing skills
* Knowledge of Equality Act 2010 & workplace health legislation
* Collaborative, flexible, and proactive
