This is a pivotal role where youll guide a dedicated team, shape service delivery, and ensure people receive high-quality, responsive support when they need it most. The Duty Advocacy team serves as the first point of contact for all Advocacy services, we are responsible for receiving, triaging, and assessing the eligibility of referrals across multiple channels, including telephone, email, online chat, and post.Why join us?
