is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial results and forecasts, while turning this information into clear insights and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making among non-finance stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ACA Qualified and currently working in a professional services environment, looking to make your first move to industry. You will need a varied skill set, ideally having worked across a wide portfolio and worked on projects from end to end. Due to the business partnering element of the role, you must be a strong communicator, and be able to confidently engage and build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Additionally, the role requires someone who can thoughtfully challenge and analyse financial results, demonstrates intellectual curiosity, and is motivated by personal growth and development. A strong academic record of achievement is also highly valued.
