Interaction Education are pleased to currently be supporting a great school in High Wycombe in their search for a Caretaker.
This role is an immediate start, with a view to going longer term after the Christmas break for the successful candidate.
The key responsibilities for the role can be found below:
1. Carry out daily cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of the premises
2. Perform minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues
3. Monitor building security, including opening/closing procedures
4. Maintain outdoor areas, including litter picking and basic grounds work
5. Manage waste disposal and recycling
6. Assist with deliveries, room setups, and general support tasks
7. Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times
Skills & Experience:
8. Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred
9. Basic DIY/repair skills
10. Good communication and organisation
11. Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
12. Reliability and attention to detail
