Our Residential Property Department is divided into smaller, dedicated conveyancing teams consisting of a solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer and a paralegal, giving our clients a single point of contact during the conveyancing process. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and shape one of these teams. From day one, you’ll play a key role in growing the department, supported by a wider team that embraces innovation and cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity
* Type:Full-time, Permanent
* Location:We are recruiting for our Mansfield, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Dronfield offices
* Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Start Date:Immediate (subject to notice period)
As Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team.
* Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
* Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking proactive and experienced professionals with:
* At least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
* Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills.
* Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others.
