As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Accounts Department as an Accounts Assistant.

The Job
Your role will include:
* Day-to-day processing for the companies within the Gateway Group
* Sending receipts to tenants
* Reporting on banking
* Raising any additional and ad-hoc demands
* Posting invoices and preparing bank reconciliations
* Raising and processing sales invoices
* Handling and filing financial paperwork
* Banking assistance when required
* Liaising with Credit Control & other departments
The ideal candidate:
* Has, or is working towards, AAT qualification
* Positive, well-organised and self-motivated
* A good listener
* Have good relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Can manage a demanding workload
* Possesses meticulous attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, handling large sets of data
What You Need
* 1 years' experience in Accounts (preferably property-related)
Job location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive with an annual review
Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays
