In the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor role, you will be:
1. Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
2. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buy, buy to let, and equity release transactions
3. Working independently, unsupervised, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery
4. Using a case management system to progress files efficiently and accurately
5. Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process
To be successful in the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor, you will need:
6. At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
7. Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent fee earner
8. The ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
9. Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
10. Experience using a case management system
