If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our client's established automotive parts company as an Order Picker / Van Driver.
About The Role
This is a dual-role position, ideal for someone who's comfortable both in the warehouse and out on the road. You'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the correct parts quickly and in perfect condition.
Daily Responsibilities Include
* Picking and packing a wide range of car parts and accessories accurately
* Ensuring all orders are correctly labelled and prepared for dispatch
* Loading the delivery van safely and efficiently
* Delivering parts to trade customers and garages in a timely, professional manner
* Handling collections and returns, completing necessary paperwork
* Assisting with stock control, restocking shelves, and general warehouse upkeep
* Working closely with the warehouse and sales team to maintain a smooth flow of operations
What We're Looking For
* A full UK driving licence
* Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
* Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred
* A strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during busy periods
* A team player who's also able to work independently on the road
* Good communication and customer service skills – you'll be the face of the company to many clients
* Physically fit – this role involves manual handling and moving stock
