What Youll Be Doing
* Provide excellent customer service at all times – this is your number one priority.
* Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.
* Answer questions about products and make recommendations when asked.
* Follow daily routines and task lists for cleaning, stocking, and food preparation.
* Carry out tasks as delegated by the Management or Senior Sales.
* Follow food safety procedures and checklists, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Support the team by staying flexible and willing to help wherever needed.
* Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
* Make sure displays look their best and product quality is maintained.
* Follow stock rotation procedures.
* Work well with others on shift, sharing tasks fairly and helping out during busy periods.
