HammondCare are actively seeking an experienced Business Performance Analyst to support Residential Aged Care – to be based at St Leonards NSW on a Full-Time basis.
About The Role
The
Business Performance Analyst
role provides strategic and analytical support to deliver priorities outlined in Next Chapter for Residential Care. This includes advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and clear communication of recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
The role is instrumental in gathering data, planning, defining scope, and executing projects within Residential Care. The role ensures business requirements are accurately captured from the outset and consistently aligned with project objectives and desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, refining financial models and templates, and providing evidence-based recommendations. All initiatives are grounded in robust data and executed in strict compliance with Aged Care Regulations, delivering high-quality, measurable results that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

* Analyse data to drive practical, evidence-based business decisions and lead the implementation of resulting changes.
* Leverage data insights to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
* Prepare strategic recommendations to optimize processes, enhance procedures, and boost performance.
* Develop a deep understanding of HammondCare's goals and operations to accurately assess performance, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.
* Model business processes to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
* Evaluate issues, risks, and benefits of current and proposed solutions, clearly outlining their business impact.
* Estimate project costs and identify potential business savings.
* Simplify complex information and translate technical jargon into clear language accessible to all team members
* Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to implement and test solutions effectively.
About You
* Commitment to HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.
* Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including supporting the implementation of third-party technology solutions.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Sound decision-making skills, particularly in requirement prioritisation, scope management, and assessing solution viability.
* Expertise in requirement gathering, with the ability to ask insightful questions and translate information into clear, actionable requirements.
