This role is essential in supporting the smooth and fair running of examinations within our school. Exam Invigilators play a key part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Working as part of a team, you will help ensure that exams are conducted in accordance with school and examination board regulations, providing a calm and supportive environment for all students. Key responsibilities include: • Setting up examination rooms in accordance with instructions • Ensuring exam conditions are maintained and regulations are followed • Supervising students during examinations to ensure a calm and focused atmosphere • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials securely • Assisting students with procedural queries during the exam • Reporting any irregularities or incidents promptly to senior staff The successful candidate will: • Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately • Maintain confidentiality and discretion • Show calmness and authority when managing a group of students • Work well as part of a team and independently • Previous experience as an invigilator is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided If you are dependable, attentive, and committed to ensuring fairness and integrity in the examination process, we would love to hear from you.
