Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Operator to join a fast-paced air freight operation based in Hounslow. This is an ongoing temporary position. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating export shipments, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Book and coordinate export shipments Arrange flights, organise transport to the airport, and ensure all shipment deadlines are met. Prepare export documentation Produce and check commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, certificates of origin, and other required shipping documents. Ensure compliance and security Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations, aviation security requirements, and internal company procedures. Track shipments and provide updates Monitor ETD/ETA, check airline systems, and communicate shipment updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal teams. Manage cargo and operational files Receive cargo details, apply correct labels including HAWB/MAWB/CSD, and maintain accurate records within CargoWise and SharePoint. Resolve operational issues Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, misrouted cargo, or documentation issues by liaising with airlines, customs, and carriers.
