Are you an experienced Digital Marketeer looking for a new challenge within an industry-leading health and social care provider?
This role will work across several respected brands within the health and social sector, playing a key part in digital growth; improving user experience, delivering clear insight and reporting to marketing leads and directors. You’ll be a strategic thinker, confident agency manager, and commercially minded digital expert with a passion for performance and optimisation.
About You:
* An experienced digital marketer, with a strong background in SEO, paid media and website UX.
* A confident communicator, able to challenge and collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and board-level stakeholders.
* Commercially minded and highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into actionable strategy and clear reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing relationships with digital agencies across SEO and paid media, reviewing strategy, and holding partners to account on performance.
* Driving improvements in website UX and conversion rate, based on insight, data and user behaviour.
* Developing existing and delivering a group-wide email marketing roadmap, improving automation, segmentation and engagement.
* Creating and embedding a clear reporting framework across all brands, translating performance into digestible board-level insight.
* Working closely with each brand’s marketing lead to unify and improve the group’s digital presence, aligning activity with shared business goals.
Where You’ll Be Based:
Your office will be based in outer Leeds and is easily commutable from the surrounding area. This is a full-time, office-based role.
