Congelton Veterinary Centre in located in a vibrant Cheshire town, in close proximity to Manchester and Liverpool, as well as the peak district.
We have a supportive and friendly team of 5 Vets and 8 RVN’s, as well as a wonderful support and administrative team. We have 1 Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Cardiology Studies and 1 PgCert Ophthalmology within the team and have very low staff turnover, supporting new graduates over the past decade including two successful VetGDP portfolios!
We have a great range of equipment and facilities including DR X-ray, Cardiac and abdominal ultrasound, 6-lead ECG, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, bipolar electrocautery and dental X-ray.
Enjoy a welcoming environment with structured support and flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
You will work 40 hours per week over 4 days per week, including a fixed weekday off around business needs. You will also be required to work 1 in 6 weekends (Saturday close 4pm, Sunday close 1pm).
You will be supported by a VetGDP advisor, and 3 or 4 experienced senior vets.
