Job Description
The successful Team Leader will have the following responsibilities;· Oversee daily operations of the team (8-14 full time employees)· Coach team members, provide ongoing support and mentoring.· Formulate and drive strategies to elevate service quality.· Manage cash transactions and handle accounting duties.· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.· Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.· Provide flexibility in taking on ad-hoc duties when required.· Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective risk management and financial reporting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Team Leader should have/be able to;· Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.· Be discrete when handling sensitive financial information.· Excellent leadership and team management skills.· General knowledge of financial procedures.· Proficiency in using data software and Excel.· Exceptional customer service skills.· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
