As part of our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for an outstanding Finance Director to partner with the Managing Director and work closely with the Group CFO, playing a pivotal role in the next phase of the success story As Finance Director, you will: Lead Finance Team with energy, integrity, and accountability Drive all aspects of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controls Champion performance across key financial metrics including cash generation, profitability, and working capital optimisation Partner with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making Deliver robust financial planning, insight and challenge in a fast-paced, change-driven environment Support and lead system and process improvements to enable scalable, sustainable growth Ensure full compliance with governance, risk, audit and statutory frameworks Youll be both strategic and hands-on, with the credibility to influence the board and the capability to improve processes on the ground. We are looking for: A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth, commercially driven environment Strong grasp of cash management, controls, planning, and reporting Proven success in leading finance teams and delivering business transformation Commercially sharp with the ability to translate numbers into action A proactive problem solver, comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity Experience in private equity-backed businesses or healthcare (desirable, not essential) Why Join ?
