Pay: £175-£230 per day
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive PSHE curriculum that addresses the needs and interests of our diverse student population.
2. Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure that PSHE education is effectively integrated into all aspects of school life and promotes a culture of respect, inclusivity, and well-being.
3. Provide guidance and support to teachers in delivering high-quality PSHE lessons and activities that engage students and address relevant topics such as mental health, relationships, citizenship, and personal finance.
4. Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives that promote student well-being, resilience, and positive social behaviors.
5. Stay informed about current trends, research, and legislation related to PSHE education and incorporate best practices into our program.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PSHE curriculum and make recommendations for improvements based on student feedback and outcomes.
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
8. Specialization in PSHE education, pastoral care, or a related field.
9. Proven experience coordinating PSHE programs or similar initiatives at the secondary level.
10. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
