On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a User Researcher (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract, hybrid working with 1 day per week in Swindon.
Working as part of a user centred design team on The Funding Service currently in public beta, the User Researcher will collaborate with service designers, interaction designers and content designers to ensure solutions meet user needs.
The role involves scoping, running and analysing research across discovery of new areas yet to be delivered and iterative development of features through alpha and beta, as well as improving what is in public beta.
User research is conducted across the end to end service including policy, process and ways of working in addition to digital user journeys to ensure the service meets user and business needs.
