The Position
As a Junior Delivery Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the Game Delivery Manager to ensure game deadlines are met. You will work collaboratively alongside internal teams and third-party certification houses to plan and manage the delivery of game certificates.
You’re responsibilities will include:
* Responsibility for the game certification pipeline; from quote to receipt of certificates.
* Working closely with third parties to ensure timely delivery of games certificates.
* Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of game certification.
* Supporting the internal Account Management team to deliver games across multiple international markets.
* Follow and improve internal procedures to provide and store all the regulatory information required to support our game releases.
* Using internal finance and workflow systems to support the timely delivery of our games.
* Supporting the Game Delivery Manager in planning workloads and timelines for third party delivery.
* Defect resolution, working closely with internal technical teams to resolve issues raised by the external certification houses.
