KION has an immediate need for a Sr. Process Manager – Planning Processes & Systems within our Global Finance Team. This key role is part of a Center of Excellence for Oracle EPM, supporting the strategic goals of the global finance organization of the KION Group. The individual will support Oracle EPM (Hyperion Planning) implementations and enhancements, oversee processes, assist with financial analysis, and help develop standardized processes and reporting across the global finance organization. Tasks And Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Oracle EPM implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives through stakeholder engagement and documentation of requirements.
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while supporting month-end close and planning cycles for finance teams.
* Oversee administration of Financial Planning and Reporting processes within Oracle EPM, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Resolve complex user support tickets, providing guidance on Oracle EPM.
* Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests, partnering with users for insights.
* Contribute to developing best practices, training, and support models for FP&A and Controlling teams.
* Collaborate to standardize global finance processes and develop KPIs for decision-making.
Required Education, Experience, And Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
* At least 8 years in financial analysis, planning, and systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record in a global setting.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MS Projects is preferred.
* Leadership and collaboration skills.
* Experience defining, documenting, and implementing processes and policies.
* Ability to manage priorities under deadlines with high quality standards.
* Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and ERP systems like Oracle EPM or SAP.
* PMP or project management experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
