Join Our Culinary Team as a Part-Time Sales Advisor at ProCook
Are you a kitchen enthusiast with a knack for customer service? ProCook is on the lookout for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team, working 11 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone who wants to share their passion for cooking while helping customers find the perfect kitchenware
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the friendly face that guides customers through our product ranges, providing them with the knowledge and enthusiasm they need to make informed purchases. Your goal is to create a shopping experience that is both enjoyable and memorable.
This is a part-time role with a working schedule of approximately 2 days a week, totaling 5.5 hours each day. Most of the working days will be on weekdays, with some weekends included occasionally. The hours will be from 11 AM to 5 PM based in our ProCook Cardiff Store located in the Shopping Village, Pughs Garden Centre, Radyr, CF15 8LB.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers in finding the right kitchenware products.
* Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge.
* Engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
* Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation.
Requirements

* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
