They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in September 2025. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience of our students. You will work with children from Reception to Year 6, providing assistance in classrooms, supporting individual and group activities, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. - Support students with their learning, both academically and socially. - Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. - Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support. - Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources. - Participate in the assessment and monitoring of student progress. - Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
