Goodman Masson are partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site operational business undergoing a period of transformation and growth following recent investment.
The organisation is building a more data-driven performance culture, strengthening financial planning capabilities and improving decision support across the group.
The Head of FP&A will play a central role in leading financial planning, forecasting and performance insight, partnering closely with operational and development teams to support strategic growth and operational decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning, including ownership of the 5‑year financial model.
Deliver performance insight through weekly and monthly trading analysis, identifying risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
Develop robust cash flow forecasting processes and support treasury planning and liquidity management.
Provide investment analysis and capital allocation support across refurbishments, new sites and growth initiatives.
Build scalable FP&A and BI capability, developing dashboards, KPIs and data‑driven performance reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
FP&A leadership experience within a private equity‑backed, multi‑site or operationally complex business.
Strong financial modelling, planning and analytical capability with experience building reporting frameworks.
Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and improving data‑driven decision making.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight for operational teams.
Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
