Our client, a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of real estate matters in line with departmental targets
* Delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
* Working collaboratively as part of a wider team
Candidate Requirements:
* 2–4 years’ PQE in real estate law
* Strong commercial awareness and technical ability
* Proven ability to manage matters independently
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
