Salary: £21,600 - £23,200

We're proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary SEN school in Hyde, Greater Manchester who are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
* Provide individualised support to students with a variety of SEN needs.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning and care plans.
* Support pupils in the classroom and during off-site activities.
* Assist with personal care and mobility needs (full training provided).
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment where children can flourish.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
* Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Proactive, flexible, and a team player with a "can-do" attitude.
* Experience in an SEN or care setting is desirable - but a caring nature and willingness to learn are what matter most!
