Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £60,000+ DOE
The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded North West law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer into its growing residential property team based in Lytham.
Recognised by the Legal 500 across several practice areas, the firm has built a strong regional reputation while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture. This opportunity would suit someone looking for quality work, autonomy, and long‑term progression without the feel of a heavily corporate or high-volume conveyancing environment.
The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and work independently within a trusted and supportive environment.
This is a unique opportunity as you will initially be the first and only Conveyancer based within the Lytham office. The firm is looking for someone experienced and self-sufficient who is comfortable managing their own workload autonomously.
Longer term, there is genuine scope to help grow and shape the conveyancing offering within the office and potentially build a team around you if this is something you would be interested in pursuing in the future.
The firm would ideally like to speak with candidates who have an existing following, with the aim of generating and maintaining a steady flow of work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Managing remortgages and transfers of equity
* Advising on higher-value and more complex transactions
* Working on some relocation and high-net-worth client matters
* Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
The firm is seeking:
* An experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
* Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Good communication and client relationship management skills
* A proactive and organised approach
* Someone comfortable working autonomously while remaining part of a wider collaborative team
Team & Culture
This is a genuinely supportive and relationship-led firm that places a strong emphasis on service quality and long‑term client relationships.
* Established but growing North West law firm
* Supportive and collaborative culture
* Strong regional reputation and Legal 500 recognition
* Opportunity for future progression and development
* Autonomy and trust within the role
* Potential to help build and develop the conveyancing presence within the office
* Less volume-driven than many traditional conveyancing environments
Benefits & Package
* Hybrid working available
* Competitive salary depending on experience
* Long‑term progression opportunities
* High quality and varied caseload
* Supportive team environment
* Strong regional client base
Why This Role?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer looking to move into a role offering more autonomy, better quality work, and the chance to play a key role in developing a growing office within a respected North West law firm.
